In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, many American colleges and universities have implemented vaccine mandates as a public health measure under the guise of attempting to ensure the safety of their college communities. However, not everyone agrees or is willing to comply with these unconstitutional policies. No College Mandates has emerged as a platform that advocates for personal choice, informed consent, and individual and religious rights in higher education. The mission of NCM is clear: to provide detailed facts regarding the top 1000 colleges in the country and how they responded to the 2020 pandemic within their student populations.
NCM has provided a voice and support for students, parents, and individuals who believe in the importance of bodily autonomy, informed consent, and the freedom to make their own health decisions, especially when it comes to receiving vaccines. American students all over the United States were shocked to discover their colleges threatening expulsion, non-admittance, and discrimination if students refused to get the COVID-19 vaccine. The organization believes that these mandates infringe upon personal liberties and bodily autonomy, which are central values for many Americans. The website offers resources for those who are seeking higher education for themselves or their newly graduated high school students and hoping to find a college that believes in personal liberties.
NCM serve as a hub for individuals to stay informed about the ever-evolving aspects of vaccine mandates in higher education and find guidance on navigating this polarizing issue. In a time when discussions about personal freedoms and public health measures are more critical than ever, NCM plays a vital role in shaping the conversation and advocating for the rights of individuals in the realm of higher education. Students pursuing healthcare professions like nursing and medical schools have experienced even greater pressure from their colleges and medical facilities where they complete their clinical rotations. Colleges have lied to applicants, making them believe there would be no mandates. Then, once the students are inside of the university system, the students are bombarded with new policies and new rules, short deadlines, and intense pressure and bullying for compliance. Students have very few places to find help to navigate the school system’s new policies. NCM is a valuable resource that all Americans need to make sure those in their community have knowledge of.
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought unprecedented challenges to educational institutions worldwide. Colleges implementing these measures in the name of public health may appear well-intentioned. Yet, they have generated considerable debate, particularly in the context of personal choice, bodily autonomy, and medical and religious freedom. NCM is on a mission to expose and challenge the actions of U.S. colleges that imposed COVID-19 vaccine mandates, who discriminated against, expelled, and/or bullied students and faculty who refused to comply with the mandates while advocating for individual rights and providing access to legal recourse for those who experienced such actions from offending colleges. If any of the Nurses Out Loud audience is aware of students who dropped out of their college experience because of COVID-19 mandates, it is imperative to share with them the legal resources found on NCM’s website and to encourage them to pursue litigation against these colleges. It is up to each American citizen to ensure this never happens again.
NCM believes that individuals should have the right to make informed decisions about their own healthcare, including vaccination. They assert that these fundamental rights should not be infringed upon by academic institutions, even in the name of public health. Their mission seeks to emphasize that personal choice and medical/religious freedom must be preserved in the context of higher education. Additionally, vaccine mandates create a potential for discrimination within the student population, particularly among those pursuing healthcare professions. These mandates can result in excluding students with legitimate medical, religious, or personal reasons for not receiving the vaccine. This could disproportionately affect students who aim to enter healthcare fields, creating an unjust barrier to their educational pursuits.
NCM provides students and individuals with legal access and information regarding potential litigation against colleges and universities that enforce vaccine mandates. They aim to empower those who believe their rights have been violated by offering resources surrounding vaccine mandates. NCM’s website acts as a repository of US College Vaccine Mandate information. The organization has actively engaged in several initiatives to further its mission. The most up-to-date created by their partner organizations. These target the colleges with remaining COVID-19 vaccine mandates. Please be sure to sign them and forward them to all of your contacts. They have interviewed affected students and parents to share personal stories that shed light on the injustices created by vaccine mandates. A group by the name of Student Declaration 2023 created A statement by students against past, present, and future mandates in order that the grievous harms and losses of the past three years of COVID-19 mandates are not repeated again. They have written a declaration and encouraged every American to sign it and ensure every college in this country receives a copy. “On October 23rd, 2023, students, faculty, staff, and community members worldwide are invited to download, print, and distribute physical copies of the declaration throughout their campuses and local communities. All it takes is one person in each community willing to print and post. Students were once the vehicles of change. They hope their movement on October 23rd empowers students, as well as professors, staff, and inspired community members, to be that vehicle of change once again. They suggest leaving copies on tables in study, dining, or communal areas. Post copies on bulletin boards. Hand a copy to your school administrators (president, vice-president, deans, and assistant deans) and department heads. Contact your school newspaper to see if they will run a print of the declaration.”
Individual rights must not be compromised in the process of making policies in the name of protecting the student population. NCM is dedicated to shedding light on and challenging the COVID-19 vaccine mandates imposed by American colleges and universities. The organization champions bodily autonomy, medical and religious freedom, and individual rights for students pursuing healthcare professions. NCM is providing invaluable information for American parents to be able to find colleges for their children that will not deny them their right to pursue their education or impose medical procedures on them. Lucia Sinatra has worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic to make sure up-to-date information regarding the ever-changing status of religious and medical accommodations within the academic arena has been kept up to date for the sake of the American People.

“In the wake of the COVID pandemic …“

“In the midst of the Covid psy-ops…”
I saw a note in my Substack Notes feed linking to (“restacking”) this, switched away for a minute, now can’t find the note. Fortunately I do subscribe to this newsletter so I was able to find the article. But I wonder how many others are missing it due to a shadow ban?
Possibly in large part due to censorship on the subject, many people do not know that this unjust and baseless discrimination on the basis of medical history is still going on, not just at colleges but in local governments as well. Keep it up, NCM! I’ll do what I can to help you spread the word!
