Newly graduated, naturally immune, 4.0 gpa RN. Got kicked out for 9 months. Completed June 2023. Boards passed! Signatory in the first 12,000 signers of the Great Barrington Declaration. Signed 3 times all together during each reiteration of the GBD. ONWARDS . . . WE MARCH UNITED.
I live near a teaching hospital and I sneer at anyone I see walking on the street in scrubs, including the young nurses, because I assume they’ve all been happily complying.
Glad to know that my assumption is wrong, if only partially.
I just wish all you healthcare workers would also stand against the flu jabs.
Very nice letter that I will be signing and sharing but I will not be taking any time off to reflect because I am too busy fighting for freedom and there are no breaks in war. There are no breaks to be taken when many of us were fired and colleges ruined our careers and financial plans. No time for pause when a complete frenzy took place on our campuses when we can all see clearly that there was an unholy alliance between college administration and management with Board of Trustees and the unions. They are liberal leaning especially in California and took the injection blindly and gladly and refused to do their homework. Imagine that - educators exercising the ultimate hypocrisy and forgoing study, research and data examination. Rather the unholy alliance moved towards a system of dictates and coercive manipulation at a level that is repugnant. At my former employer San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton California they developed all of the normal usual draconian mandate policies for everyone. As a tenured member of the faculty I was fired along with 100 plus other "non-compliant" classified workers and adjunct instructors. I was the only tenured member of the faculty who was fired mostly because the faculty either followed Fauchi like he is their lord and savior or were afraid to lose their jobs. I refused to PCR test twice per week while working remotely from home 80 miles from campus. Yes that's right, I was working from home with no staff or student contact. There are many others like me who were fired, then, shortly after being fired the college dropped mandates for students because they were refusing to enroll. The college let the unstabbed students back but maintained the mandate for professors and staff... makes no sense and we did not get protection from tenure or the unions. Therefore I am suing the college and I will be taking no breaks because it's difficult times for the fired and we need to be made whole - we need reparations and backpay - and some may want their jobs back. Everyone who was abused and who continue to be abused and subjugated need to be given the proper support. Suing colleges is a difficult proposition because they have unlimited public money to pay attorneys and we The People are risking everything with only our savings and loans to go after justice. Keep up the pressure and keep fighting for the rights of everyone in this process.
Thank you for sharing your story. Thank you for fighting this war with a lawsuit on behalf of so many who have lost so much. There are a few other college lawsuits, and we are trying to facilitate more but finding brave plaintiffs is no easy task. We stand with you in solidarity and wish you every success in your pursuit of justice.
I have a team and have been willing to share information and collaborate. One of the problems is that there is little effective organization of efforts against this ongoing tyranny. With respect, but most of us, who are on the right side of history, are relatively scattered and operating in silos. Of course there are the popular folks in the fight that get most of the attention and publicity which is still insufficient. Most of our efforts unfortunately fly under the radar and compromised judges infest the system. Many judges are in the same position as many college managers and administrators who fear for their jobs and refuse to stand and speak out. I am willing to share my materials if it supports the ongoing struggle. A high level of mental shame has inflicted staff at the college campuses. I know many staff and faculty who wish that they did not inject themselves... they complain of weird health anomalies. Many feel guilty for caving and giving in to the coercion. The amount of sick leave claimed is revealing. Still those of us who are out hear fighting because we overstand the larger issues are suffering and need help because courts and attorneys are ridiculously expensive and the pressure is all day every day - over two years for me and 100 thousand dollars later and we are still just at the hearing stages... its debilitating. I can be reached at rodbass3040@gmail.com if there is anyone who wants to commiserate. I love the work you all are doing - it's highly important work! You are on the right side of history.

My undergrad alma mater Soc/Phy dept called the popo on me when I went to a prof. in their dept to pre- practice my presentation of factual information and resources lists that I planned on presenting to the elementary public school superintendant. The popo were cool and listened to me and were willing to take a look at my data if I decided to give it to them. I did not have group support at the time so did not give them any info. I did talk to the elementary superintendant by phone though for a half hour. He was interested and I think he took down some of the alternative websites that I provided him. I also called all the elementary public school nurses to inquire about PODS-points of dispersement sites that the superintendant told me about when he said if schools took the cares money the gov trumps the states and schools decisions. I also called the state dept of health covid dept and let them know about, with a link to, the WHO's 8 page document that stated that if you sent your child to school on a PODS day that it would allow IMPLIED CONSENT to vaccinate! wth! The nurses were not allowed to talk to me and redirected me to the charge nurse. I felt that I had at least put people On Notice. I moved on to the management of the local blood banks next. They were not cooperative either. This was about 2 years ago so I know how you feel.
There are many who support you in these efforts... I am hoping that the floodgates will open to allow lawsuits for vaccine injuries ... and job losses... and heck! emotional distress
The one sliver of a silver lining here is that "students were refusing to enroll."
God, I wished--and wish--that students would have all protested or deferred or taken LOAs in March of 2020. They would have nipped this whole fiasco in the bud.
Yes - both CHD and The Unity Project have active Align Acts calling for the removal or all remaining COVID vaccines. The other vaccines that are mandated will take longer to organize.

You're a hero, Prof. Desmangles. Truly.

Go students!
Great work... I just printed and will distribute.
Signed, shared widely and thank you. We need young leaders with voices who challenge the wrong doings of these systems.
Shared!
Makes me sick that we have to beg for our god given rights from tyrants

Ok, I signed it
Do we sign it if we are not a student)
Yes all are welcome to sign it.
Is there also a petition that calls for eliminating all higher ed vaccine requirements, period?
The list is ridiculous.
Yes - both CHD and The Unity Project have active Align Acts calling for the removal or all remaining COVID vaccines. The other vaccines that are mandated will take longer to organize.
