The covid vaccine mandates were a huge strategic mistake that did nothing to alter the course of the pandemic. Hope the Supreme Court will take the case and re-address Jacobson.

We don't live in a "rational" world - that's for sure. This case should be at the top of the docket for the U.S. Supreme Court. Since we live in an irrational world, I'm sure it won't be allowed.

This is more evidence that the Courts are captured. Also, that the people in higher education are obtuse ... as who would think healthy college students even needed a non-vaccine?

Good article. I appreciate the plaintiffs and CHD bringing this lawsuit.

What are we to do when the very people who swore to uphold the constitution refuse to do so and then go even further and actually go along with the censorship and medical murder and the courts that are so corrupt it’s just stunning. What are we to do? Nothing is working thus far.

My understanding is that biological products produced & distributed under EUA and those who receive them, are not subject to informed consent regulation. Katherine Watt in her Bailiwick News substack, and Sasha Latypova have written independently & have also collaborated for the past 2+ years and have detailed the U.S. legal pathways used to perpetrate this crime against humanity.

In view of the rational basis/strict scrutiny analysis, is the claim that Rutgers should be treated as a governmental entity because it receives public funds in some manner? (Genuine question.)
