Elize, such a wise decision. I have a college age son and he also experienced what you went through. It had angered me to the bone. His school went as far as sending him a notice because he missed his one weekly test to expel him for the next semester. My son was not as strong as you and succumbed to one dose of the vaccine because he was devastated to be expelled. He thankfully had only one dose, but one dose to many for my liking. The fact that a university has forced you all into a corner without the proper scientific facts infuriates me. The tyrannical control of these Universities has gone to far. The next semester of course they dropped the testing. Had my son not gotten the one dose he would have sat out the next semester after they dropped their protocol. I wish he had transferred or gone online like you did. I am hoping he has escaped any physical damage. All of you college students have not escaped the mental damage though that this Covid fiasco has caused. I am so sorry you have gone through this, but you will be stronger for your experience and you are mature beyond your years.
So sad, so unfair and so un-Constitutional. They really should have no right to mandate any of this. I have two friends that were bullied by their companies mandate and they both died of heart attacks two weeks after being jabbed. Many other friends and family members have had serious adverse events where they were hospitalized including my 92 year old mother. I chose the hydroxycholoroquine / azithromycin prophylaxis program as prescribed by America's Frontline Doctors and have never been healthier.
I have a student entering clinical rotations soon. She will be forced to get the useless harmful jab soon because of King Biden’s immoral health worker mandate. A year ago I thought there’s no way this mandate is going to be around in a year. And here we are. People and companies who are still giving this shot know the harms. Pharma knows the harms. Government knows. Pure evil. No respect for life and freedom.
Do not forget what was taken from you in the name of “public health.” Please continue to speak out against coercion and fraud. Let the strength of experience and recall of your personal experience be your and your childrens guide.

Dear Elize. You are a very wise and courageous young woman! I have five children, including three teen girls.
The social and societal pressures to be injected with undisclosed ingredients in a brand new and untrialed format was intense. There were a few points when my girls would gladly have taken an injection to be out of the discomfort of nonconformance!
But, as a family, we stood our ground and the realities of the injections are coming to light even in our 90%+ injected town … it is apparent they cannot prevent infection or transmission and questions are being raised locally regarding safety claims. The pressure to inject has eased considerably in the past few months.
I hope my children move forward with this as a life lesson to remain loyal to their convictions. I am grateful to God that we were able to continue in school and work without subjecting ourselves to experimental drugs. I know many were not so fortunate.
You and I and my poor kids stand as a force against evil. Our strength is small until you consider our numbers. The common thread that binds us is following our better judgement in spite of duress. We ought to be VERY PROUD!
I congratulate you, honey, I wish you and others in your place continued strength.
I am very sorry about all this Elize. It all looks pretty egregious now that the CDC is finally caving to the scientific evidence that the vaccines don’t work and seem actually to be harmful. There is no reason to discriminate between the vaccinated and the unvaccinated. Your school ruined an important part of your youth. Good job navigating the situation.

Thank you for speaking up and standing for your rights. I will be forwarding this to all my legislators and the college I attended. I have been on them for a year now with the discrimination. Stopped all my financial donations to the school. I recommend ALL to stop donating to their colleges if they are discriminating against the unvaccinated. Clearly, the only thing Colleges appreciate now a days is $$$$$$$...
None of my children are or will attend a college that discriminates.
Would be great to know the name of the college and get a list of colleges that technically don't have a vax mandate but treat non-vaxed students like this - forced testing, exclusion from activities, etc. My daughter attends a great college that does none of this (and no bad covid outcomes for students or faculty that I know of!) But I have a son who will be applying in a few years and I want to avoid the crazy ones. Even if they eliminate mandates I wouldn't trust an institution like this to educate my child.

We had many students in University of MD colleges who were locked out of dorms, dining halls, and classrooms if their test results did not clear before the deadline. It’s criminal.
That's a terrible experience, but if she went to a college in Texas she would have experienced a nice covid restriction-free education. These students need to investigate their schools more. I have 2 in college and last year was completely normal for them - no vax, no masks, no testing. They did lose the year before, being forced into online school which I won't forgive the school for, but at least the school woke up and realized their error.
