Dr. David McCune wrote an excellent letter to Wellesley College questioning their rationale for mandating the bivalent booster after a Wellesley student reached out to him to explain she cannot “freely express…. vaccine policy-based concerns” for fear of retribution.
In his post, Dr. McCune links to an opinion piece written by an anonymous Wellesley student. I reposted this student’s piece last week; it was originally posted on the Brownstone Institute.
The student who wrote the opinion piece invited me to share her email address in the event anyone wants to reach out: studentsagainstcovidmandates@gmail.com.
Dr. McCune has invited anyone to sign his open letter to Wellesley College. The link can be found at the bottom of the Sensible Medicine Substack post or you can click here to sign it.
Dr. McCune also wrote that his letter is “easily repurposed to other colleges and universities. The particulars may vary, but the principles won't. Feel free to reach out to me if you would like to discuss it.” He would need to be provided with the college administrator contact information and a thorough explanation of the circumstances at your college of interest. Dr. McCune can be reached at this email address: davidemccune253@gmail.com.

Thank you Dr. McCune for speaking out on behalf of Wellesley students and on behalf of college students everywhere.
