I can't find the list of colleges that have received this letter. If my university is not on the list, can you add it? The university of Minnesota (Twin cities). I am at the last stage of finishing my PhD but couldn't finish the degree due to my student account got paused. All I need is to use library online at home. I don't even take class online. This is clearly not about health issue. The university doesn't care about student's education at all. How can I harm anyone's health by reading/writing at home? How can an educational institution take away a student's right and access of education like that? Thank you very much for help students against this mandate.
Please add Fordham University, Bronx, NY, to your list of colleges to mail letters to. Fordham just notified by students and some parents via email (and not all parents received this email) that students, staff and faculty must receive the bivalent booster by 11/1/22 effective immediately or disenroll. Parents and visitors will also be required to get this booster or not be allowed on campus after 11/1/22. Students have already started the semester, and parents paid tuition. Freshmen just complied with admission requirements of covid 19 primary series and booster mandate and now are faced with an additional booster a few months after. Requirements on arrival to fall semester were that previous mandate of primary and booster were needed. Now they are claiming to be following the CDC guidance and that there is an urgent need to receive the bivalent booster. Tuition cost is one of the highest in the country and we as parents feel blindsided by this. Many of us have emailed admin and are getting nothing but standard replies back. It is so disingenuous and disappointing. We need all the help we can get to convince this admin to change their policy and listen to their community. Thank you!
YESTERDAY, Sept 26, mid-semester, Fordham University sent out an email stating that, effective immediately, students must get the NEW bivalent 2nd booster by NOV 1 and will be disenrolled and kicked off campus on NOV. 1 if they don't comply. Please help us!
This letter is great! We have to keep fighting this madness. Has anyone FOIA’d university conflicts of interest or financial gain from pushing vaccines on students? Any updates from the Fordham U people about push back on 11/1 mandates?

Great letter if it were going to a person with no conflict of interest and skin in the game. The people making these decisions feel invulnerable as even if there is a class action lawsuit, the school gets sued, not the individual perps. Additionally, these administrators get their moolah from the school which in turn gets a lot from the Pharma companies. In order to get these few individuals who are making these decisions to change, they must feel that THEY ARE PERSONALLY AT RISK OF LAWSUIT. Fraud pierces the corporate vail. Make them feel that the CDC and FDA WILL NOT BACK THEM UP in the case of a personal lawsuit. The "I was only following orders" defense will not hold up in court, just like it didn't in Nuremberg. In fact, the FDA is already being sued and has stated that their pro-vax statements WERE ONLY RECOMMENDATIONS, not requirements. They are already backtracking under any pressure. In Australia, the government has stated that even if the pharma companies are shielded from liability, the individual doctors are not if they did not give informed consent. And we all know the school nurse is not telling the students that they might get subclinical myocarditis and lifelong arrythmias from the shot. There is no informed consent whatsoever! Many countries are prohibiting young individuals from getting these shots. Make these administrators realize that they are supposed to be reading relevant articles from around the world, not mindlessly following orders. Make them realize that many students already have had subclinical myocarditis and a class action lawsuit is brewing right under their noses. They must feel fear.

I believe most universities have been paid to keep the current protocols in place. There is no other reason.

Western Washington University Mandates all Students, Staff, and Volunteers
Western requires full COVID vaccination for students and employees. A booster is no longer required, but is highly recommended.
