At my university, not even one of my students over the past two years has ever reported being hospitalized because of Covid--even when there was a major incentive to do so, such as deadlines for papers and exams (and the university dropped the requirement for medical documentation).
However, one student did tell me that she had been hospitalized, a day after getting her mRNA injection, with heart inflammation problems.
The university president nonetheless kept singing the "safe and effective" tune, with zero qualification. Until this experience, I have never experienced an employer trying to pose as my doctor, and giving me advice about what medications to take.

As this becomes more widely known and reported the consequences will not only be civil but also criminal. Knowingly withholding information of serious and deadly outcomes related to the use of these vaccines and encouraging students to be vaccinated is prima facie evidence of intent to commit personal injury.
First will come the civil lawsuits, then the individual criminal cases. I pray I live long enough to see it come to pass.

7 out of 10 of my family members, including my 92 year old Mother who was hospitalized for 2 weeks, were all double vaccinated and boosted and still came down with covid. Just in my own small sphere the vax is 70% NON-AFFECTIVE. It barely works and it is killing people AND Colleges, bastions of "higher learning" are still mandating it?
I would not entrust my education, or the education of children, to any institution of "higher learning" that would knowingly and willfully ignore worldwide data and the science that follows.
Ignoring evidence based outcomes when those outcomes are deleterious to health is nothing short of criminal and requires accountability and consequences.
All of these policies they refer to are based on the same flawed studies, analysis of flawed data, outdated assumptions. Did you see the critique of the CDC Myocarditis study that explains how the CDC greatly underestimated this risk? It was published/ (buried) in JAMA in May. They mention a positive benefit-to-risk balance. That statement was based on CDCs flawed analysis of myocarditis “risk”. The CDC, to have a single simple public health message didn’t take into consideration the wide variation in benefits and risks, where those who would derive the least benefits are at the highest risk of adverse effects (eg healthy, young, college aged adults). Also the benefit to risk balance has changed considerably over time, based on new data, evolution of the virus, and state of the pandemic.
I'm heading up to New England next week for the Ivy league college tour with my daughter. I'm not sure how it's going to go since we are not vaccinated, but some of the language for the tours sounds like don't ask, don't tell, or it's not required for the tour, or it is required but they accept exemptions, but there seems to be no where to upload an exemption. So....we shall see. I sent a letter to Columbia and Yale, because you cannot even get on those tours without being vaccinated saying,
"Dear Undergraduate Admissions,
In light of recent literature published in the New England Journal of Medicine, will Columbia University consider admitting students who can provide proof of covid natural immunity and robust antibody response in lieu of covid vaccine induced antibodies?
Johns Hopkins University is among those ignoring VAERS. Their publication Aug 1, 2022 (below) states students and staff are required to show FULL course that includes at least one boostor of mRNA.
Lawsuits will be the thing that changes things. All of these institutions will be sued into oblivion.

Yale never responded at all.
This was right before the CDC changed their guidelines.
I will go on these tours with research printed out in hand, even though I'm sure it will mean jack shit to them.
