Send this to ALL colleges, not just UC, and simplify it to dropping ALL mandates period. Not just he latest booster. From everyone I know who's had the shots, the 2nd shot causes the worst adverse reactions, so only writing about dropping boosters won't prevent anyone from the unknown harm the 1st and especially the 2nd shots cause. CDC recognizes natural immunity? The "vaccinated still get & spread UT? Well that's powerful enough to send to ALL colleges! Today, before Spring semester 2023!

I will sign it.

Students, get out of this or any school that demands you take this injection. We do not even know what is in them. Even one shot can kill or sterilize you.

Any place which requires them cannot teach you anything except mindless obedience to authority. You do not need a college education. You can teach yourself, get together w/others to hire people to show you the skills and help you learn what is important to you. A trade is both honorable and a great skill to have as this "government" takes down our economy.

There is nothing at these schools which is worth your life. Get out. File criminal charges (templates at Five Small Stones) and make other, better plans for your life.

I'm afraid even the most eloquent of petitions will fall on deaf ears, and that these criminals won't stop mass murdering until they are in prison.

Done. Thank you for all your hard work.

I thank you for your good work. Although I signed the letter, I am repulsed by the "my body, my choice" conclusion. I believe in that idea, but since pro-aborts ignore that an unborn baby's body is his/her own and use that slogan, ironically and wrongly, to justify baby murder, I wish you'd avoid it in the future.

Please stop covid vaccine mandate, which put young students in big unexpected danger. Every one hurted student by covid vaccine, means two angry parents, who will fight and definately stand on opposite side of you. Your New World Order will not succeed!

Is this the main way to get in contact with the administrators of the No College Mandates Foundation? I just learned about your organization when I heard Lucia’s recent podcast with Dr. Peter McCullough. I’m an unvaccinated, previous student who is interested in graduate level medical education. I dropped out in 2021 when I was scheduled to begin my DPT program in the midst of peak madness. I said no to my scholarship and highly accredited program.

It’s frustrating that these mandates are still on going. I don’t know many people like myself, but I’m sure that there are other folks who have also delayed higher education because they value their integrity and health more than their desired career. If someone could let me know the best way to get in contact with the ”No College Mandate” administrators, I would appreciate it.

Students and faculty should send notices directly to the university of California president and board, holding them personally responsible for any injuries and death due to vaccinations, along with the letter published here, but not anywhere at the university. The university probably has legal counsel as well, copies to those people might bring about the swiftest change. Petitions are nice, but don't have the lawful teeth you need to make the change happen.

Found Australia policy. They do recommend or allow third dose for age 16 up (NOT allowed under age 15 unless severely immunocomp, specific criteria). Dose 4 is only recommended (not mandated) for age 50 + (< 50 only if high risk for severe disease even post initial immunity)

Booster doses

You are eligible for a COVID-19 booster dose if you:

are 5 to 15, and:

are severely immunocompromised, or

have a disability with significant or complex health needs, or

have severe, complex, or multiple health conditions that increase the risk of severe COVID-19

are 16 years and older, and

completed your primary dose course of COVID-19 vaccination at least 3 months ago.

If you have had COVID-19 you should wait to be vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine for 3 months after your confirmed infection.

The date you had your last COVID-19 vaccine is on your COVID-19 digital certificate.

Second booster

An additional booster, or fourth dose, is recommended for people at increased risk of severe illness, to be given 3 months after their first booster dose.

This additional booster will be a fifth dose for people who are severely immunocompromised.

You should get a second booster if you are:

50 years or older

16 years or older and a resident of an aged care or disability care facility

16 years or older and severely immunocompromised

Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and aged 50 years and older

16 years or older with a medical condition that increases the risk of severe COVID-19 illness

16 years or older with a disability.

ATAGI has advised people aged 30 to 49 years old can receive a second booster if they choose.

Great letter- one clarification on the section on myocarditis rates - Is it rates were expected of 1-8 out if x vaccinations but actual was 218 out of x ? Also given most to all college students now have immunity, it is critical to compare to covid risks of a severe outcome in this age range post immunity. (Which was also low, but now zero or near zero for those without significant health risks).

Last/ Australia also is only recommending boosters for ages 50+ (or 65, but they don’t recommend for under age 50 due to lack of meaningful benefit; in the young adult age segment the reason is the combination of no meaningful impact for that population plus, due to risk of myocarditis post vax).
