I sent the following message to all of those emails:

We now know that college age people are at zero risk of being harmed by Covid. We also know that the shot has harmed many college age people. These are irrefutable facts at this point. I do not envy the last chancellor to repudiate the mandates. No, I do not envy that individual one bit.

Some actually knew college age kids were likely at very low risk in Feb 2020 from some data out of China actually but as the months rolled on, the data continually supported this fact. Certainly by the summer of 2020, this knowledge was already backed by data from most everywhere around the world and should have been widely known. Note for instance that Sweden kept schools open for those 16 and under while closing schools for those over 17 but only for a few weeks. Their universities were back in session sometime in May 2020.

Sweden went to distance learning for 16+ for logistical reasons, not because of any "risk." If they thought there was a risk, they would have closed primary schools, too. And they didn't. Not even for one day.

I'm sure you saw this. If not, highly recommended read from CHD's Defender website ...

A California professor assigned “The Real Anthony Fauci” to her students. As expected, some people were not amused … But, surprisingly, her bosses eventually sided with her and “academic freedom.”

This professor makes some of the points I made in one of my articles about Pfizer becoming a “corporate sponsor of the SEC” … Our research and instruction … “brought to you by Pfizer!”

I also like this excerpt, which ties into my recent essay on the power of fear:

“There is an old German proverb: ‘Fear makes the wolf bigger than he is,’” Comerford said. “There was a lot of fear promulgated during COVID-19, I think learning about COVID-19 science from different perspectives empowered students during a challenging time and made the proverbial wolf smaller.”

Maybe the UC president and chancellor's are afraid that they will be held liable for law suits given their own initial invalid and unscientific judgement of the failed clinical trials. So they want to delay the inevitable? Also, it is well known that the colleges and universities that did not mandate were not in bed with NIH for funding, and those that did mandate were in bed with Fauci, Collins, and the NIH in general. Those that mandated bowed to the "Golden Calf." In so doing, and that evidence is absolutely clear, they have a sign on their foreheads that they sold out. But that was their choice.

I'm in NZ and sent these individuals a copy of the UK's Perseus Report - this is a global issue and there must be accountability. Thanks for keeping up the fight.

Great work! Not to be left out, who can we contact from the CSU system? They are a different governing entity but just as staunch about the vaccines...

Yes, contact the presidents office of each CSU still mandating. I hope to post a Call to Action for the remaining CSUs soon. The majority of them have dropped - refer to our spreadsheet for the most up-to-date information.

Cal State LA dropped its vax mandate early April, but they still recommend it and questionably use the word "approved". They also dropped the discriminatory requirement for those who got a religious exemption to take a covid test every week. They were gracious enough to provide saliva tests in lieu of the nasal swab, but I reported it as discriminatory because the shots do not deter infection or transmission, yet the vaxxed were not required to get a weekly test. I doubt anyone learned anything anyway - ironic for a "University". Any health care "professional" who administered Fauci's poison death shot should be sued for medical malpractice on the grounds there was no informed consent.

They can't be that ignorant. The experimental treatment does not prevent transmission, so the "public safety" argument is absolute trash. It's also ineffective and harmful. And then there's the Nuremberg Code. They are obviously not going to listen to reason or facts. They need to be sued into the ground, so this doesn't happen again.

Did Cornell get rid of their vaccine mandates?

Yes just last week (they were not first to drop them but one of the first to mandate them).

https://ucnet.universityofcalifornia.edu/news/2023/05/uc-updating-covid-19-vaccination-policy-to-systemwide-opt-out-program.html This site seems to suggest the new policy will drop Mandate Program, and both primary series as well as boosters can be opted out. Am I reading it right?

The proposed revised policy can be found at:

It is worth looking at this document to get a sense of what concessions UC's leaders might make and what they are still resistant about. Also, make sure to send your messages to the UC systemwide officials who are responsible for issuing a revised policy. They are:

Exec VP/Provost Katherine Newman Katherine.Newman@ucop.edu

Exec VP/UC Health Carrie Byington Carrie.Byington@ucop.edu

Exec VP/COO Rachael Nava Rachael.Nava@ucop.edu

Also, the official email address for submitting comments on the proposed policy is:
